Autumnwood Subdivison Charlotte, NC. 28213

Autumnwood is a community of beautiful homes, tree lined streets, and a quiet, easy sense of community spirit within 15 minutes of uptown Charlotte. People often describe Autumnwood as a "hidden gem" because when they visit for the first time, they often comment "I didn't know it was here".

The community boasts 219 homes built in the early to mid 1980's. With easy access from Tryon Street and Old Concord Road; it makes this place a commuter dream. Yet when you drive through or walk the tree lined streets you still get the feeling of being in rural Charlotte.

Autumnwood subdivison offers so much for so many different people. It is conveniently located to UNC Charlotte, Ikea, University Place. All are within a five to ten minute drive from here. In addition highway 85 and 485 are conviently located within ten to fifteen minutes. One neighbor I spoke with recently told me that his commute to uptown took him less than fifteen minutes each way.

Many residents have lived here 20 years or longer and know their neighbors. Its a warm and welcoming place for families of all ages. Come see why more families are calling Autumnwood home and ones there are not leaving.......
