Two wonderful skylights in it as well help to transcend the natural light and make it enjoyable to spend evenings on it as you overlook your fenced in back yard.
This neighborhood is close in proximity to highways, schools, the greenway and parks as well as uptown. That is probably why you will not see many homes here going on the market for sale. Families just love it here....My sellers are sad to have to move on but the time is right for them and to allow another family to enjoy the great features this neighborhood has to offer.....
