Nearby Amenties Can Help You Sell Your Charlotte, NC. Home

Often times when i am talking with prospective buyers about what is important to them in their home search proximity to shops and stores played a role in the neighborhood and area they chose for a house. When you market a home the proximity to nearby restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations can be an influential factor in why your home gets or does not get showings. Are you marketing your home and providing the buyers today with that information? I know a lot of buyers that chose one neighborhood and area over another because of the ease of convenience to stores... Comparably priced homes in different neighborhoods will be impacted by this convenience. We live in a society where we want that convenience today. In Charlotte,, NC there are a lot of neighborhoods that offer quick and easy access to various restaurants, and stores. Those homes tend to sell faster than others that are farther out or more difficult to get to a store from. Unfortunately, a lot of home sellers do not realize the impact it can have on their house. Pricing a home right and having it ready to show are just some of the factors that play into a home buyer’s choice. There is so many options available out there today in the Charlotte area that seller need to do something to distinguish themselves from the group. A study done later part of last year by Coldwell Banker nationwide found that an astonishing 68% of the baby boomer buyers (the vast majority of buyers today) bought a house based on it's proximity to restaurants, stores and gas stations. That is a large percentage of consumers out there. In a market where the choices are plentiful; what are you doing to ensure the consumer sees your house?
